We moved to the northeast of Thailand five years ago and work alongside a team among the Isaan people. Our hope is to see a church-planting movement take root here in our lifetime.

I run a mobile clinic that reaches six villages on a rotating schedule, and train local health workers so the care outlasts my time here.

We work with a translation team on the first full-Bible translation for a language group of about 180,000 speakers. We are currently drafting the Old Testament.

I spend most weeks with university students in Guadalajara — small groups, long lunches, and a lot of honest questions about faith.

We provide food, housing, and recovery support for people experiencing homelessness and addiction in our city.

I coordinate schooling and trauma care for displaced families, most of whom have been in transit for years.

We coordinate sending and home assignment for four families from our church, and keep a spare room free for whoever is passing through.

I review drawings for classrooms, water points and small clinics in my evenings, and visit a site twice a year.

I check Old Testament drafts for teams across three continents, mostly over video calls at unsociable hours.

I teach during the week and help with a children's programme at the weekend. I would rather not be named.
